The Complete Group training academy is becoming one of the UK’s largest and most experienced private provider of construction training. For over 20 years we have been helping young people turn their talent into a trade.Â
Each year we recruit over 90 apprentices via training centers around the UK. This makes The Complete Group training Academy one of the UK’s largest employers of construction apprentices.Â
We have extensive links with schools and colleges, and we run training programmes on behalf of local authorities. We also provide a range of training and assessment services for many small companies and other employers.Â
Our work enables young people to earn as they learn and become the next generation of bricklayers, carpenters, joiners, painters, decorators, plasterers, dry liners and general construction operatives, the list is endlessÂ

The Essential Role of Ultramodern Classrooms in Effective Training Environments
The expansion of ultramodern classrooms has become a necessity due to the increasing demand for effective training environments.
Our facility boasts five dedicated training and testing classrooms, designed to accommodate over 40 candidates at once.
This capacity allows us to provide a seamless and efficient training experience that meets the evolving requirements of industry professionals.
Health and Safety Test Rooms
One of the key features of our ultramodern classrooms is the health and safety test rooms. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, we conduct over 600 health and safety tests annually.
These touch screen test rooms enhance the learning process by providing interactive and engaging assessments that ensure candidates fully grasp vital safety protocols. Our commitment to fostering a safe learning environment is paramount.
Innovation Center and Machinery Simulator
Adjacent to the ultramodern classrooms is our innovation center, which overlooks the training grounds. This facility is ideal for large training sessions and conferences, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including the latest GPS machine control and positioning systems.
Additionally, located within the innovation center is our high specification machinery simulator. This simulator serves as a safe starting point for aspiring plant operators to learn machine controls and functionalities, thereby facilitating effective skills development.
Moreover, our simulator is vital for pre-screening new operators, reducing potential machine downtime and damage while promoting fuel management and proximity awareness. We even offer bespoke training tailored to specific needs, ensuring operators are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.
